We are seeking a B2B Social Media Strategist with a proven track record of building strong brand presence, managing content calendars, and driving engagement across platforms. You’ll join a US-based marketing agency that works with dynamic brands in multiple industries. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role, ideal for someone who can think big and work fast.
We are looking for the following specific requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Social Media Management and Strategic Marketing
- Experience managing B2B social strategy and content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok
- Skilled in creating multimedia content (reels, graphics, short videos)
- Strong project management and content calendar oversight
- Experienced in monitoring trends and real-time engagement
- Awareness and use of AI tools to enhance content development
- Proficient in HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, CapCut, Buffer, and Google Analytics
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Develop and execute B2B social media strategies
- Create and manage content calendars
- Design and publish engaging multimedia content
- Track performance and generate analytics-based insights
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and creative teams
- Stay updated on social trends and AI tools
- Ensure brand voice alignment across platforms
- Support podcast and blog promotion (if applicable)
