Overview:
We are hiring a full-time and experienced Business Analyst to support the development and execution of our e-commerce platform.
We are looking for the following specific requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or e-commerce environment
- Strong executor mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional team and project management experience
- Prior experience in customer support roles
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and user-centered design
- Excellent communication skills
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Zendesk, Scrum
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Lead the development of e-commerce platform products from concept to post-launch
- Prioritize backlog based on business value and customer impact
- Conduct training for support staff on tools and features
- Maintain documentation and support materials
- Act as liaison between dev, support, and customers
- Handle support escalations and provide quick resolutions
