Full-Time Customer Service Specialist

Working Hours | Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support a U.S.-based service and construction company.

Overview

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Customer Service Specialist/Support roles
  • Strong customer/client service skills across Email, Chat, and Phone
  • Background in service-based industries such as Roofing, Property Management, or Construction
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs (e.g., Blaze, Microsoft Suite, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week, aligned with MST timezone

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide empathetic, timely responses
  • Conduct initial fact-finding and escalate issues as needed
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems (Blaze) and client records
  • Support administrative and operational functions as needed
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction, timely delivery, and high-quality support
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships following established processes and protocols
