We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support a U.S.-based service and construction company.
Overview
We are looking for the following specific requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Customer Service Specialist/Support roles
- Strong customer/client service skills across Email, Chat, and Phone
- Background in service-based industries such as Roofing, Property Management, or Construction
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs (e.g., Blaze, Microsoft Suite, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, aligned with MST timezone
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide empathetic, timely responses
- Conduct initial fact-finding and escalate issues as needed
- Manage and maintain CRM systems (Blaze) and client records
- Support administrative and operational functions as needed
- Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction, timely delivery, and high-quality support
- Manage day-to-day client relationships following established processes and protocols
