Overview:
We are hiring a proactive and extremely organized Executive Virtual who will support an apparel company in the US.
We are looking for the following specific requirements:
- Strong background in administrative and operational support
- Experience in apparel, custom merchandise, or printing industry
- Familiar working with e-commerce platforms and order processing tools
- Ability to handle B2B and B2C customers with accuracy in communication
- Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and online communication platforms
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to work independently during PST hours
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Manage administrative tasks, documentation, and communication
- Track multiple tasks, deadlines, & daily operational needs
- Process apparel orders, quotations, and pricing in DecoNetwork
- Support clients (B2B/B2C) with inquiries, reorders & product suggestions
- Maintain spreadsheets, pricing tables, and sales reports
- Assist in the transition to Shopify; manage online store catalogs
- Create SOs/POs/invoices using QuickBooks Online
- Coordinate with vendors for approvals and purchases
- Send status updates and ensure timely follow-through
