Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Patient Enrollment Specialist to join a US-based digital health company specializing in wearable technology for chronic care management. This role focuses on 120 to 150 outbound patient engagement, educating potential patients, and enrolling them into the Chronic Care Program. Cold calling and outbound communication are key components, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, empathy, and precision.

We are looking for the following specific requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in virtual assistance, healthcare support, administrative support, or related roles.
  • Proven outbound calling experience (minimum of 150 outbound calls per day expected).
  • Strong background in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or medical support services.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and related technical tools (Excel, scheduling software).
  • Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal), with clear, concise, and professional tone.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, especially when handling high call volumes.
  • Comfortable managing outreach across phone, email, and SMS channels.
  • HIPAA certification (or willingness to obtain certification if not already held).

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily to invite potential patients to enroll in the Chronic Care Program
  • Educate patients on the program’s benefits, ensuring clear communication tailored to elderly patients
  • Obtain informed consent and complete enrollment documentation accurately
  • Maintain organized patient records and track interactions in the CRM system
  • Provide exceptional support to patients and meet enrollment targets
  • Gather and report patient feedback to improve program effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company protocols
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support patient outreach and enrollment
