Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of hiring WordPress Engineers across USA and Europe markets.

We are looking for the following specific requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Proven experience recruiting WordPress Engineers (Mid to Senior level)
  • Experience hiring across USA and Europe markets
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche communities
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles
  • Experience maintaining structured recruitment pipelines and candidate tracking
  • Flexibility to overlap at least 2 hours between 2 PM – 6 PM IST
  • Ability to align with USA and Europe time zones during active hiring cycles

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for WordPress Engineering roles (Mid to Senior level)
  • Source WordPress developers through LinkedIn, niche communities, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach
  • Initial candidate screening based on given criteria
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain strong candidate experience
  • Manage recruitment pipeline and status tracking
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders for fast closures
  • Ensure strong weekly pipeline of relevant shortlisted candidates
