Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Part-Time: 20 Hours/Week Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM CST (1:00 AM – 5:00 AM PHT)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to support a premier roofing service provider in Northern Colorado, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and seamless solutions through strong administrative and accounting support.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant handling administrative and accounting processes
  • Experience in service-based industries (e.g., roofing, property management, cleaning, construction)
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, QuickBooks, Proline, and other CRMs
  • Ability to work 20 hours/week aligned with CST timezone
  • Clear and professional English communication (oral and written)

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Enter bills, invoices, and expenses into QuickBooks
  • Process subcontractor payments and track accounts payable/receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and credit card transactions
  • Manage calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, invoices, and permits
  • Assist with scheduling, project documentation, and communication
  • Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed
