Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon PPC & Catalogue Management Virtual Assistant to support a growing eCommerce brand based in South Africa.
We are looking for the following specific requirements:
- Proven experience in Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and catalogue management
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central operations
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance
- Experience in keyword research and competitor analysis
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with PPC and catalogue tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar)
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
- Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to maximize ROI
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Scale high-performing campaigns and improve underperforming ones
- Create, update, and optimize product listings
- Ensure catalogue accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment
- Manage variations, attributes, and backend keywords
- Troubleshoot listing issues and suppressions
- Track key metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, sales)
- Prepare reports with insights and recommendations
- Maintain organized tracking sheets and dashboards
- Stay updated with Amazon trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the team on growth strategies
