Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to support a property management business based in Australia.
We are looking for the following specific requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, property management, or short-term rental industry
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and funnel development
- Experience in managing paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
- Knowledge of social media management and content strategy
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing fundamentals
- Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week aligned with AEST timezone
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Lead Generation & Strategy
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to generate 10–15 qualified leads per month
- Identify and target ideal audiences such as property owners, landlords, and investors
- Build and optimize marketing funnels from awareness to conversion
- Continuously test and improve strategies based on campaign performance
- Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns
- Set up audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking
- Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Create compelling ad creatives and high-converting copy
- Social Media & Organic Growth
- Build and manage social media presence from scratch
- Develop and execute content strategies across platforms
- Create engaging content such as case studies, ROI insights, and performance highlights
- Maintain consistent posting schedules and engagement
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics including leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Use insights to optimize and scale campaigns
- SEO & Content Marketing
- Implement basic SEO strategies to drive long-term organic traffic
- Create blog topics and content targeting property owners
- Optimize website and listings for search visibility
- Marketing Systems & Automation
- Set up marketing tools, systems, and workflows
- Implement automation for lead capture, follow-ups, and nurturing
- Ensure integration between marketing systems and CRM
