Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to support a premium business advisory firm in Toronto.
We are looking for the following specific requirements:
- Proven background in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and growth strategy
- Experience supporting inbound marketing and lead generation initiatives
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Comfortable working part-time (20 hours/week) following EST timezone
- Experience working with marketing data, analytics, and performance tracking
- Ability to align marketing efforts with business and sales objectives
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Build and execute an SEO and growth strategy to increase organic traffic and lead generation
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits
- Optimize on-page SEO across blogs, landing pages, and website content
- Track search rankings, website traffic, and conversion performance
- Develop and maintain a content roadmap aligned with business and growth goals
- Brief, manage, and optimize blog and website content
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, positioning, and messaging
- Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and engagement
- Build and manage email campaigns and basic automation flows
- Create content for newsletters, nurture sequences, and promotional emails
- Optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Monitor marketing performance and report weekly on KPIs
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve marketing strategies
- Align marketing initiatives with sales and leadership objectives
