Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to support a premium business advisory firm in Toronto.

We are looking for the following specific requirements:

  • Proven background in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and growth strategy
  • Experience supporting inbound marketing and lead generation initiatives
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Comfortable working part-time (20 hours/week) following EST timezone
  • Experience working with marketing data, analytics, and performance tracking
  • Ability to align marketing efforts with business and sales objectives

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Build and execute an SEO and growth strategy to increase organic traffic and lead generation
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits
  • Optimize on-page SEO across blogs, landing pages, and website content
  • Track search rankings, website traffic, and conversion performance
  • Develop and maintain a content roadmap aligned with business and growth goals
  • Brief, manage, and optimize blog and website content
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, positioning, and messaging
  • Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and engagement
  • Build and manage email campaigns and basic automation flows
  • Create content for newsletters, nurture sequences, and promotional emails
  • Optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Monitor marketing performance and report weekly on KPIs
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve marketing strategies
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales and leadership objectives
