Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to support marketing, content, SEO, and light admin for an established and renowned photographer based in Boston, MA.
We are looking for the following specific requirements:
- Social media scheduling and content management for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Blog writing and formatting for WordPress
- Content repurposing across platforms
- Basic SEO optimization and keyword research
- Graphic creation using Canva or similar tools
- Light administrative and organizational support
- Ability to work independently across multiple brands
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Schedule Instagram and TikTok posts and stories using Later
- Create Instagram grid images using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Repurpose long-form video into Reels and TikToks
- Track social media trends, audio, formats, and memes
- Pull analytics and summarize insights on high-performing content
- Recommend future content based on engagement and performance
- Maintain LinkedIn posting cadence and flag content gaps
- Research, write, and optimize blog posts using SurferSEO
- Format blog posts for WordPress (headers, internal links, images)
- Repurpose blogs into social captions, carousels, and Reel ideas
- Pull testimonial quotes from reviews, emails, and surveys
- Support Trapology promotions, seasonal events, and launches
- Assist with The Inkwell’s pre-launch and launch content
- Format and clean up daysheets
- Research and compile vendor and partner Instagram handles
- Organize folders, files, and past content for easy reuse
