Working Hours | Schedule

20 hours/week | Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM AEST / 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Philippine Time zone (or depending on operational and business needs)

Overview:

We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day execution across social media, paid ads, content creation, email automation, landing pages, and basic analytics. This role requires a strong operator who can manage multiple marketing tasks, maintain organized systems, and deliver consistent results across several platforms. You will work closely with the founder to ensure all marketing activities, content schedules, and performance reports are executed accurately and on time.

We are looking for the following specific requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required)
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in social media, ads, and marketing operations
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and landing page tools
  • Ability to manage inboxes, prepare reports, and maintain organized marketing files
  • Experience building automation flows and email sequences
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, engagement strategies, and campaign tracking

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Create, plan, and schedule social media content for Facebook and Instagram
  • Produce graphics, reels, and short videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Manage comments, messages, and basic customer inquiries on social platforms
  • Set up and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Install and monitor tracking pixels, events, and conversion data
  • Build and update landing pages using Mailchimp, Canva, and Duda
  • Create email marketing sequences, automation flows, and lead capture forms
  • Maintain and update company websites in Duda (content, SEO, galleries, fixes)
  • Manage business email inboxes and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Organize Google Drive files, update spreadsheets, and maintain databases
  • Prepare weekly marketing and performance reports
  • Track social media analytics, ads performance, website traffic, and lead generation data
  • Assist with administrative tasks, research, client file updates, and project follow-ups
