Part-Time New Hire Engagement Specialist

20 hours/week — Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST (10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PHT)

Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Part-Time New Hire Engagement Specialist to support onboarding, engagement, and administrative coordination of new hires.

We are looking for the following specific requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as a New Hire Engagement Specialist or similar HR/Onboarding role
  • Familiarity with CRMs and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite)
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Must be able to work 20 hours/week on EST (graveyard PH time)

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinate onboarding processes, paperwork, and training sessions
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their first 30 days
  • Document calls, feedback, and maintain structured notes
  • Partner with VP of Education to foster engagement
  • Track onboarding milestones and feedback
  • Promote company culture and safety values
  • Perform data entry, file management, and other admin tasks
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and support
