Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Part-Time New Hire Engagement Specialist to support onboarding, engagement, and administrative coordination of new hires.
We are looking for the following specific requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a New Hire Engagement Specialist or similar HR/Onboarding role
- Familiarity with CRMs and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite)
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Must be able to work 20 hours/week on EST (graveyard PH time)
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinate onboarding processes, paperwork, and training sessions
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their first 30 days
- Document calls, feedback, and maintain structured notes
- Partner with VP of Education to foster engagement
- Track onboarding milestones and feedback
- Promote company culture and safety values
- Perform data entry, file management, and other admin tasks
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and support
