Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Automation Specialist to own and optimize our CRM-driven outreach programs.
This role is central to sales operations, ensuring flawless execution of high-volume outbound campaigns, rigorous data hygiene, and seamless collaboration across business development, marketing, and recruitment teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and brings strong expertise in CRM automation, list management, and hybrid outreach execution.
We are looking for the following specific requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience administering and managing large-scale CRM-based outreach in Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build, segment, and maintain extensive prospect and client lists for tailored outreach campaigns.
- Proven skills in leveraging workflow automation, A/B testing outreach sequences, and optimizing list performance for targeted engagement.
- Exceptional organizational skills—capable of managing multiple concurrent priorities and keeping detailed project and communication records straight.
- Strong communication abilities, with a demonstrated history of cross-functional collaboration and responsiveness.
- Willingness to serve as both an executor and process optimizer, bringing forward best practices and process improvements as part of the team’s “command central.”
- Familiarity with data analysis, CRM workflow customization, and continuous refinement of sales and outreach processes.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Execute and oversee high-volume outreach campaigns and follow-up workflows across CRM systems (Apollo, HubSpot), email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build, organize, and segment large prospect lists based on defined target criteria, ensuring messaging relevance for each outreach initiative.
- Maintain top-quality data hygiene in all CRM environments, eliminating duplicates and conducting routine audits for accuracy and deliverability.
- Leverage automation and workflow tools to standardize and streamline outbound processes, including multi-step sequences and follow-ups.
- Monitor, report, and continuously optimize key performance metrics such as reply/conversion rates and list performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Act as a central communication hub, coordinating with business development, marketing heads, and technical/recruitment teams on project priorities.
- Recommend and implement best practices for CRM automation, workflow execution, and deliverability to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Candidate will not be required to create messaging content but must ensure execution of outreach sequences and maintain records of all activities.
- Provide regular feedback and recommendations on data integrity, list hygiene, workflow efficiency, and outreach sequencing.
