Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager who thrives on generating leads, making connections, and closing deals. This is a hands-on role, you’ll be actively prospecting, cold calling, and running sales calls while also guiding a small sales team to consistently hit targets.
We are looking for the following specific requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience
- Strong background in cold calling and closing high-value deals
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and consistently achieving quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems (GoHighLevel or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in Marketing Services, E-commerce, SaaS, or Crypto/Blockchain sales
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools, automation, and lead sourcing platforms
- Proven success in both outbound and inbound sales strategies
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and networking
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas
- Keep CRM data updated with activities, calls, and deals (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Refine sales scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies for better conversion
- Follow up with inbound leads and convert them into paying customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide accurate sales performance reports and pipeline updates
- Collaborate with marketing for a steady flow of qualified leads
