Full-Time Sales Manager (Lead Generation & Closing Specialist)

Working Hours | Schedule

Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern Time | 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM PHT (with a 30-minute paid lunch break).

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager who thrives on generating leads, making connections, and closing deals. This is a hands-on role, you’ll be actively prospecting, cold calling, and running sales calls while also guiding a small sales team to consistently hit targets.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience
  • Strong background in cold calling and closing high-value deals
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and consistently achieving quotas
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (GoHighLevel or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience in Marketing Services, E-commerce, SaaS, or Crypto/Blockchain sales
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools, automation, and lead sourcing platforms
  • Proven success in both outbound and inbound sales strategies

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and networking
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas
  • Keep CRM data updated with activities, calls, and deals (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Refine sales scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies for better conversion
  • Follow up with inbound leads and convert them into paying customers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide accurate sales performance reports and pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with marketing for a steady flow of qualified leads
